With Ultra Weather XP, this kind of weather looks like this: Low-hanging clouds, it’s cold and wet, and I accidentally blow my engine while trying to take off. In March 2015, I discovered FSEconomy, a virtual economy for Flight Simulators. The first flight simulator running on my own computer was FS2004, then FSX, Prepar3D, and now X-Plane 10. The former me started simming on Microsoft Flight Simulator 98, on my grandparent’s computer, and just never really stopped.
You see, this is both the story of me, a flight simmer in search of a more interesting flight simming experience, and me, a fictional professional pilot for hire, who wants to see the world in his new and very cool airplane! I have been working towards this for months: My very first own airplane! Granted, it’s only a simulated airplane, but acquiring it cost real money, and real work.
